Hootsuite is a true social networking app for me. I can check and post to all my networks (twiiter, facebook and linked in are what I truely use as for social networking). With a litlle trick from Seesmic blog I can also post to Google Buzz and even schedule my Buzz posts.
To do this you need a ping.fm account. Then go settings and add Gtalk status as a network. (here you can find a detailed how to).You, also have, to enable Gtalk status at Google Buzz, as a connected site. After enabling this all you have to do is add your ping.fm account to Hootsuite. I also did creat a posting group named buzz on ping.fm and added only the Gtalk status to the group. I put the group name when creating the account on Hootsuite. So, I have now a dedicated Hootsuite account for Google Buzz.
Hootsuite is the king :-)
